Payment of a booking deposit constitutes confirmation that the customer has carefully reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be legally bound by them.
2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND RESERVATIONS
A reservation shall only be considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received by the Company.
Where the outstanding balance remains unpaid fourteen (14) days before departure, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit already paid.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking documents and information, including names, travel dates, contact details, itineraries, passport information, and any other travel-related details.
