5. Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation. Ugofly is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ugofly Travels & Tours Ltd shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss, injury, or damages caused by third-party travel providers. Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid to us.
